i You are chatting with an AI, not with a human. This page explains how it works and what its limits are.

1. What the assistant does

GoMySeo is a conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence. You are chatting with an AI, not with a human. It has no human name or identity, and answers honestly if asked.

It is used to audit a website, analyse keywords and backlinks, assess local visibility (Google Maps) and visibility in answer engines, write SEO content, read the data of your connected accounts (Search Console, Analytics, Bing…) and produce reports.

2. Models and data used

Answers are produced by generative AI models supplied by third-party providers through their professional interfaces (API). They are complemented by SEO data from specialised sources (search volumes, rankings, backlinks) and, with your permission, by the data of the accounts you connect.

The messages, attached files and tool results needed for an answer are sent to the AI provider, located outside the European Union (standard contractual clauses). Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement. Details are in the privacy policy.

We do not train any model on your conversations.

3. Limits to be aware of

An AI can be wrong: inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or invented answers (“hallucinations”). Search volumes and rankings are estimates.

GoMySeo guarantees no ranking, traffic or revenue result. Its answers are not legal, financial or professional advice.

Always check an important answer before publishing it or applying it to your site.

4. Generated content and marking

Chat answers are flagged as AI-generated (“AI” badge and a notice near the input). Files exported from the chat, such as Word documents, carry a machine-readable mention that they are AI-generated.

If you publish content produced with GoMySeo, you are responsible for disclosing the use of AI where the law requires it, for example for a text published to inform the public on matters of public interest.

5. Your controls

Do not enter sensitive data (health, opinions, identity documents, bank details) in the chat.

You can delete any conversation from the chat sidebar and delete your account from Settings. You have all GDPR rights: see the privacy policy.
