These Terms of Use govern the use of the GoMySeo platform available at gomyseo.com. By creating an account or using our services, you accept these terms in full.
GoMySeo is a marketing intelligence SaaS platform offering five services:
Services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis, with no commitment of duration.
Accessing the services requires creating an account with a valid email address and password. The user is solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any fraudulent access must be reported immediately to contact@gomyseo.com.
Each plan includes monthly quotas automatically reset on each subscription anniversary date. Unused quotas are not carried over to the following month. When a quota is reached, access to the relevant feature is suspended until renewal — no extra fee is charged.
The user agrees to use GoMySeo in accordance with the law and these Terms, and not to attempt to circumvent quotas, access other users' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
GoMySeo provides analyses for informational and educational purposes. Results (SEO/GEO scores, risk alerts, heatmaps) are based on data available at the time of analysis and do not constitute a guarantee of ranking or commercial results. The user remains solely responsible for decisions made based on the analyses.
GoMySeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these Terms, abusive use of the service, attempted circumvention of quotas, or illegal activity, with no refund for the current period.
GoMySeo reserves the right to modify, improve or evolve the service's features at any time. Users will be informed by email and/or via the changelog accessible from their client area. Pricing changes are subject to 30 days' notice.
GoMySeo offers four monthly subscription tiers. All prices are shown in euros, tax included (TTC).

Quotas shown are monthly limits. Google Search Console (GSC) is included free in all paid plans, with no billed quota.
Orders are placed directly online at gomyseo.com/pricing. The process is as follows:
The order is finally recorded upon receipt of payment confirmed by Stripe. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the buyer's email address. The invoice is available in the client area (Billing section).
GoMySeo subscriptions are set to automatic monthly renewal. The subscriber is informed of the amount charged via the payment confirmation email sent each month. To avoid being charged the following month, the subscriber must cancel their subscription before the renewal date from their client area (Settings → Subscription).
However, if no feature has been used within 48 hours of subscribing, a refund request may be sent to contact@gomyseo.com — each case being handled individually and at GoMySeo's discretion.
The subscriber may upgrade or downgrade at any time from their client area. In case of an upgrade, the price difference is charged immediately, prorated for the time remaining in the period. In case of a downgrade, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
In case of a commercial dispute, the buyer is invited to contact GoMySeo at contact@gomyseo.com within 30 days of the disputed invoice. GoMySeo undertakes to respond within 10 business days.
In accordance with article L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of an unresolved dispute, the consumer may use a free consumer mediator. These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

You can also delete your account directly from your client area (Settings → Delete my account). Your access is cut off and your Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately. Your data is kept for 30 days (needed to handle any payment disputes), then permanently anonymized automatically: name, email and analysis reports are deleted.
