On-page SEO analysis of a page, in 10 seconds.

Paste the URL of a page from a client’s site: you get a score out of 100, the tags as Google reads them and the list of points to fix, ranked by severity.

One page at a time, public and reachable without login. Pages fully rendered in JavaScript may show little content.

Free, no sign-up. Nothing is stored: the page is analyzed, then forgotten.

Check a page before delivering or invoicing it

The on-page analysis looks at what sits in the page’s HTML code: the title tag and its length, the meta description, the H1 to H6 heading hierarchy, images without alt attributes, the number of internal and external links, the canonical tag, meta robots, Open Graph tags and the presence of JSON-LD structured data.

It is the fastest check when a client sends you a URL, when you review a page delivered by a developer or when you prepare a quote. It does not replace a full site audit, but in a few seconds it removes the most common and most damaging mistakes.

The score out of 100 weights each check by its impact: a noindex meta robots on a page that should rank weighs far more than a missing alt attribute.

How to read the results

  • To fix (red): errors that block or slow ranking, such as a missing title, several H1s or a noindex page. Handle these first.
  • To improve (orange): present but imperfect elements, such as a title that is too long or a description that is too short.
  • Passing (green): checks that passed, collapsed to leave room for what matters.
  • Title: aim for 30 to 60 characters. Meta description: 70 to 155 characters. Test the real cut-off with the SERP simulator.
  • Canonical: it should point to the analyzed URL, unless the page is intentionally a copy of another.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does this on-page SEO analysis check?

The title and its length, the meta description and its length, the H1 to H6 heading structure, images without alt attributes, the number of internal and external links, the canonical tag, meta robots, Open Graph tags, the presence and validity of JSON-LD blocks, HTTPS, the meta viewport, the lang attribute and the amount of visible text.

How is the score out of 100 calculated?

We start at 100 and every failing check removes points according to its impact: 20 for a noindex meta robots, 15 for a missing title, 10 for a missing meta description or no H1, then lighter penalties for lengths, missing alts, canonical or Open Graph. The score is meant to compare two pages or track a fix, not to predict a ranking.

Why does my client’s page show so little content?

The tool reads the HTML as sent by the server, without running JavaScript. If the site loads its content only in the browser, the word count and headings may look low. Google renders JavaScript, but later and with fewer guarantees: important content should be in the initial HTML.

Is the analysis really free and sign-up free?

Yes. You can run up to 20 analyses per hour without creating an account. The page is fetched, analyzed, then forgotten: nothing is stored. To audit a whole site, track fixes over time and deliver a white-label report, GoMySeo offers a 7-day free trial on the Essentiel plan.

How does it differ from the full GoMySeo SEO audit?

The free tool analyzes a single page and its tags. The GoMySeo audit crawls the whole site, measures the speed of every page, cross-checks Search Console data, ranks issues by severity and produces a 30-day action plan, exportable as a PDF with your branding.
